Susie started out writing and directing short films before moving on to direct TV drama including BBC2's The Well, a teen thriller and online experience starring Karen Gillan, which was nominated for an International Digital Emmy, a Children’s Bafta, a Rose d’Or and won an RTS Award. Susie now works in the BBC Drama Commissioning team, where her role includes helping develop new projects and identifying exciting new writing and directing talent.

After graduating from Concordia University (Montreal) in Film Studies, Caroline has developed throughout the past fifteen years an expertise in film production and international promotion. She is an instructor as well as a production consultant through Maestro Films, and actively works to create business opportunities between artists and professionals from Quebec and Latin America's film industries.

Raised in London on a diet of weird and wonderful animated films, Alex started writing about cinema early on. He is now Associate Editor at Cartoon Brew, where he covers the global animation industry. He is also a curator at Short of the Week, and his writing on animation has appeared in publications including Sight & Sound, Time Out and Blink Blank. In his free time, he watches Isao Takahata’s Grave of the Fireflies on repeat, because he’s writing a book about it.

Ohna Falby set up London-based production company Life to Live Films in 2011 to produce independent shorts and feature films. Her career in TV commercials and art films has led to her rich and diverse talent relationships, and her previous long-standing partnership with writer-director Daniel Mulloy, contributed to her great track record of producing (BAFTA, UIP, EIFF, Prix Canal+ etc) award-winning short films.

Her current development slate includes feature projects with directors she has nurtured successful short film partnerships with: La Fille De L’Estuaire | The Girl from the Estuary, a fantasy drama by Crocodile director Gaëlle Denis, a UK-FR coproduction with support from BFI and Région Bretagne, currently at financing stage, Baby Star, an original dark dystopian comedy in development with Feed Me director Rachel Maclean with support from SFTN Creative Scotland. She is also developing a dark comedy first feature called The Tribe with Brynach Day, currently at treatment stage, and looking for finance to produce their proof of concept short Passing Lane.
